If you are a frequent user of Pryvit, you may find after a while that you
have multiple copies of some files. This uses up unnecessary Internet or disk
space. Eventually, you may wish to consolidate your privacy protected archives.
Step 1: Retrieve each set. Start by identifying the reconstitution file
associated with the archive. Check the box that says you want
latest copies only. From there, provided all the files are in place, retrieval
is automatic. Repeat this for each archive.
Step 2: Once you are content that you have the latest copies of all files on
your hard disk, use the "delete an archive" option to dispose of
archive files on the Internet and hard disk.
Step 3: Privatize one new set with the latest
versions of all the files.
